What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
I have always wanted to write children's stories. I would begin, stop, begin, stop. However, the assignments for a Children's Literature Class inspired me to write stories. Homework put an end to my procrastination!
How Did You Come up With Your Characters?
I have two sisters and while I do not equate us to frogs, having three frog sisters as characters for the story aligned to our sisterhood. There is actually meaning to the color of each frog sister's lipstick color depicted in the illustrations.
